Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the development of modern theological and religious movements in their approach to women’s issues, with a focus on feminist theology, postcolonial theology, Mujerista theology, Womanist theology, and certain shifts within major religious traditions such as Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and Judaism. The article clarifies efforts to redefine the role of women in theology and religious life. It demonstrates that modern theological movements not only reflect contemporary women's demands but also open new approaches to understanding and practicing faith.
