Tóm tắt

Abstract: Truth is a central category in both philosophy and religion, yet each domain approaches and interprets it through fundamentally different perspectives. In philosophy, truth is typically conceived as the product of rational inquiry, reflection, and logical analysis—associated with theories of correspondence, coherence, consensus, or pragmatism. In contrast, religious understandings of truth tend to be characterized by revelation, absolutism, and transcendental spiritual experience rooted in faith. This article seeks to analyze and compare philosophical and religious conceptions of truth, thereby identifying their essential similarities and differences. On this basis, it further explores the potential for dialogue and mutual enrichment between philosophical reason and religious faith in humanity’s enduring pursuit of truth

Keywords: Truth;philosophy; religion; reason; faith; revelation; metaphysics.
