Provisions of the Penal Code on crimes against life, health, dignity and honour of human beings from the perspectives of drafting techniques

Abstract

The article offers an analysis of the inadequacies regarding drafting techniques which can be found in some articles of Chapter XIV of the 2015 Penal Code as those articles do not meet the requirements for logical structure or for the use of language in a scientific manner; thereby recommendations to overcome such inadequacies then are proposed.
