Legal perspective on social criticism in Vietnam today - Current situation and some recommendations for improvement

Abstract

In Vietnam today, social criticism is an indispensable form to promote democracy and control state power. This article analyzes and evaluates the current legal status and practice of implementing social criticism in Vietnam today and proposes some solutions to improve the law on social criticism in the new context.
