Provisions of the Penal Code on crimes against public safety, public order, administrative management order from the perspectives of document techniques

Abstract

The paper analyzes the limitations of document techniques found in Chapter XXI and Chapter XXII of the Penal Code as those articles do not meet the requirements of logic in layout or scientific use of language, and proposes measures to overcome these limitations.
