Abstract

Inspite of great effect on human health, functional foods that in high demand cause violations of the law in its’ production and trading. The article evaluates results, limitations and proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of law propaganda, dissemination and education in crime prevention and law violations in manufacturing and trading functional foods under to the functions of Environmental police.
