Continue to renovate the organization and operation of Vietnamese legal protection agencies to meet the requirements of judicial reform and national development (Period 2 and end)

Abstract

The article focuses on clarifying the content of legal protection agencies (in a narrow sense) including Courts, Procuracies, Investigation Agencies and Inspection Agencies, thereby assessing these agencies’ functions and activities to build a streamlined, scientific, effective apparatus, effectively protecting human rights and citizen rights. At the same time, citizen’s belief on the operation of these agencies in Vietnam are raised.
