Abstract

The author studies and points out shortcomings in legal framework related to wanted as well as proposes a number of recommendations for revising legal basis for wanted in upcoming time. At the same time, the author also shows obtacles of Law on Execution of criminal judgments and justice assistance in execution of judgments relating wanted.
