Some legal issues of developing the sharing economic model in Vietnam

Abstract

The article introduces an overview of sharing economy model as well as its development in Vietnam curently. On that basis, the author shows the need to complete legal framework for sharing economy model to promote the development and limit its negative impacts on social life, laborers, enterprises and the economy.
