Several issues on title retention measure in the 2015 Civil Code

Abstract

Title retention is a measure to secure the performance of civil obligations in sale contracts of property. Although the 2015 Civil Code has had regulations on
this measure, it still reveals shortcomings that need to be perfected for the effective application of title retention in practice.
