Fundamental breach of contract according to CISG 1980 and Vietnamese legal regulations

Abstract

The current Vietnamese laws and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna, 1980 - CISG) still have witnesses many disagreements about fundamental breach of contracts for the international sale of goods. This article focuses on clarifying the similarities and differences on fundamental breach of contracts to present experience for Vietnam.
