Abstract

Despite the significance of collecting electronic data is the sound in investigating criminal cases conducted by police investigation authorities, theories on this matters seem to be incomplete and inconsistent as well as the subjects’ ability has not met all the requirements. This article gives some theoretical perspectives and solutions to improve its efficiency.
