Abstract

Children are identified as one of the vulnerable groups easily becoming victims of human trafficking around the world. The United Kingdom (UK) is one of the countries with a high percentage of victims of human trafficking, including women and children. The article will analyze the theoretical issues of access to justice, the practice of human trafficking and the regulations and ways that the UK has taken to prevent trafficking, protect and ensure justice for children who are victims of human trafficking.
