Skills to supervise the of investigation dossiers for human trafficking cases

Abstract

Investigation dossiers of human trafficking cases consist of all documents and evidence collected during the investigation of the case according to the provisions  of the Criminal Procedure Code. These are prepared by Investigators to prove the crime, the person who committed the crime and other circumstances related to the case. Understanding the case throughout all stages from detecting to investigation, requires appropriate skills of Prosecutor assistants and Prosecutors. This will ensure the objectivity, completeness, and accuracy of documents and evidence contained in the dossiers, and at the same time, it also helps Prosecutors and Prosecutors assistants to closely follow the process of dealing with denunciations, crime reports, and the investigation process. This article discusses the necessary skills required to prosecute the preparation of investigation dossiers for human trafficking cases.
