New regulations on prosecuting the execution of criminal judgments on Law on Execution of criminal judgments and recommendations

Abstract

By summarizing the pracical implementation, inheriting effective regulations and fundamentally overcoming the inadequacies of the Law on Criminal Judgment execution in 2010, the latter one in 2019 has been revised and has new regulations on criminal judgment execution and its prosecuting. However, this Law still remains some limitations or inconsistent regulations compared to the others. Therefore, the paper analyzes new provisions of the 2019 Law on Criminal Judgment execution and gives out recommendations on prosecuting criminal judgment execution.
