Perfecting provisions on crime of Illegal manufacture, possession, transport, use, trading or appropriation of explosive materials from investigating reality

Abstract

The crime of illegal manufacture, possession, transport, use, trading or appropriation of explosive materials regulated in the Article 305 of the 2015 Penal Code is a dangerous crimes not only leads to complicated problems to the security and order situation but also create a premise for a number of other crimes. From obstacles of investigation, the paper proposes some suggestions to perfect legal regulations on this crime.
