Roles of the People’s Court in controlling the State power in land acquisition

Abstract

By adjudicating administrative cases on lawsuits against land recovery decisions, the People’s Court has actively contributed to the protection of land users’ rights and public interests. However, it has remained some limitations of the People’s Court’s participation in controlling state power in land acquisition. The article analyzes the role of the People’s Court in controlling state power in land acquisition and proposes some solutions to further enhance this role in current conditions.
