Perfecting regulations of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on conditional parole

Abstract

Conditional parole is a new measure added in the 2015 Penal Code to create conditions for offenders who have been sentenced to prison to return to the community soon to recuperate and correct their mistakes with the support and supervision of families, agencies, and social organizations. The article analyzes and identifies limitations and inadequacies, and then makes recommendations to improve the regulations of the 2015 Penal Code on conditional parole.
