Methods of dispute resolution between consumers and traders according to current Lao laws

Abstract

Dispute resolution methods play a role to ensure consumers’ right when there is a dispute about the interests between consumers and traders in the legal relationship to protect the interests of consumers. The article analyzes the current regulations of law of Laos on methods of dispute resolution between consumers and traders, thereby proposes solutions to improve and bring the law closer to the life of consumers in Laos.
