Dicussion on Case Law No. 14/2017/AL on recognition of conditions of contracts for donation of land use rights that are not stated in the contract

Abstract

Case law No. 14/2017/AL passed by the Council of Judges of the Supreme People’s Court on December 14, 2017 and published under Decision No. 299/QD-CA dated December 28, 2017 of the Chief Justice Supreme People’s Court. However, the practice of trial still has some cases of cases that were not anticipated when they happened in reality.
