Abstract

The Civil Code of the French Republic includes many principles in the donation, collection and transplantation of human body parts or tissues, in which anonymity is the key principle to prevent criminals from trading of human tissues or body parts. It keeps secret the donor and recipient’s information to prevent the connection, agreement to trade human tissues or body parts. Therefore, applying this principle will eliminate an important condition leading to crime that contributes to effectively preventing this crime.
