Laws on resolving individual labor disputes in the Philippines and lessons for Vietnam

Abstract

Individual labor dispute is a common type of dispute in labor relations; therefore, perfecting the legal system to resolve that kind of dispute contributes to establishing harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations. The article studies the law to resolve individual labor disputes in the Philippines, then points out some lessons for the Vietnamese legal system.
