Improving the efficiency of prosecution and supervision over the interrogation of suspects who are under 18 years old

Abstract

Recently, in Binh Duong Province, situation of crimes caused by persons under 18 years old is very complicated and tends to increase annually. It requires a higher responsibility on Binh Duong’s proceedings-conducting agencies, including the People’s Procuracy to meet the requirements of crime prevention and fight in the current situation. The article reflects the reality of prosecution and supervision over the interrogation of the suspects who are persons under 18 years old in Binh Duong province, thereby proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of this work in the near future.
