Inadequacies in provisions on sanctioning administrative violations for acts of organizing constructionwork in contravention of the content of construction permits and recommendations

Abstract

Decree No. 16/2022/NĐ-CP is an important legal basis to support the competent authority to sanction violations of construction order. The provisions of this Decree are much more progressive than the previous document; however, it still reveals certain limitations and shortcomings. This article aims to find out the limitations and shortcomings of the provisions on sanctioning of administrative violations the act of organizing construction work in contravention of the content of construction permits, then it provides some recommendations for improvement.
