Abstract

Access to justice which has only been mentioned in Vietnam recently is considered both a basic human right and a “catalyst” for other human rights. This article studies on the meaning of “justice” from the theory of John Rawls and “access to justice” under the approach of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). On that basis, it compares and points out some issues that need to be improved in the our legal framework according to that approach in order to ensure the right to access justice of people.
