Abstract

This article is the second part of the research on theoretical matters related to the theory on completing criminal law system, which the suggestive first part was published in the Journal of Procuratorate Studies No. 4/2021. Therefore, in this second part, the article uses scientific analytical methods to clarify theoretically three main groups of problems: Concepts and connotations (1); Foundamental principles (2); Scientific and practical basises of the improvement of Vietnamese criminal legal system. These are the basic constituents of the Doctrine of perfecting the criminal legal system.
