Theory on completing criminal law system in building rule-of-law state (Period 3 and end)

Abstract

This article is the third (and final) part which is a continuation of the research on theoretical matters related to the theory on completing criminal legal system that the second part has been discussed on the Journal of Procuratorate Studies No. 04/2022. Therefore, this article analyzes theoretically the three main groups of problems: Basic criteria of technical legislation of perfecting criminal legal system (1); Legal concepts (categories) and terms should be recognized in criminal legislation when completing the criminal legal system (2); and Requirements of perfecting criminal legal system (3).
