Difficulties and solutions to enhance the prevention and fighting against child sexual crimes

Abstract

Currently, the Party, State and society have paid much attention to children protection, care and education for the nation’s development. However, the situation of child abuse crimes in general and child sexual abuse in particular has been complicated increasing in both nature and extent. The article outlines the prevention and fighting against child sexual abuse crimes, its inadequacies and proposes improved solutions.
