On the issue of withdrawal of litigants' requests in civil cases

Abstract

This article analyzes and explains the provisions of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code on withdrawing a litigant’s request during the Court’s resolution of civil cases according to first instance and appellate procedures and points out limitations and problems in the regulations on this issue. On that basis, it makes recommendations to improve the civil procedure law on withdrawing litigants’ requests.
