Completing regulations of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on the crime of terrorism to oppose the People’s Government and the crime of terrorism

Abstract

Though the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) has prescribed specifically on the crime of terrorism to oppose the People’s Government (Article 113) and the crime of terrorism (Article 299), there have been a number of inadequacies that do not ensure compatibility and consistency with the 2013 Anti-Terrorism Law. This article analyzes the limitations of the 2015 Penal Code on these two crimes, thereby proposes directions for improvement.
