Handling origin fraud under regulations of Vietnamese administrative law

Abstract

The development of economy and trade activities also causes complicated situations of origin fraud for profiteering and tax evasion. Although the handling of origin fraud in Vietnam has been regulated by a relatively complete legal framework, it still faces many difficulties. The article mentions our current administrative law regulations on handling origin fraud in Vietnam, analyzes the obstacles in handling origin fraud in practice, points out the reasons and proposes solutions for law improvement.
