Completing laws on the protection of children’s right in internet business activities in Vietnam

Abstract

Enterprises’s business activities for children in both small and large sizes have a great impact on children’s lives as customers as they are special consumer group influenced by business activities on the internet. However, the internet also poses many challenges in protecting children because the cyber environment is changing to danger and insecurity for them. The article analyzes business activities on the internet related to children’s rights and proposes solutions to improve the law to protect children’s rights in Vietnam in business on the internet nowadays.
