Comments on legal signs in actus reus of the crime of Violating road traffic regulations

Abstract

To contribute to better prevention of the crime of Violating road traffic regulations which has high preventive effectiveness in practice, relevant legal provisions need to be unifiedly understood and continuously improved. Through the article, the author clarifies legal signs in actus reus of this crime, thereby provides a unified understanding or recommendations for amendments and supplements a number of relevant legal provisions for more accurate crime determination.
