Obstacles in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on filing of charges and investigation stages and recommendations to amend and supplement

Abstract

The article analyzes obstacles in the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on filing of charges and investigation stages, including inconsistent points in legislation and practice. By analyzing relevant arguments, data and difficulties arising from practical cases, the article proposes to amend and supplement the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code on the that issue.
