Psychological characteristics of under 16 years old victims in trial stage of child sexual abuse cases

Abstract

By analyzing psychological characteristics of sexually abused victims who are under 16 years old and difficulties caused by these psychological characteristics that affect their participation in trial stage, the article proposes solutions to overcome these difficulties and obstacles of victims in trial practice.
