Some legal aspects on grounds for terminating usufruct right in Vietnamese law

Abstract

Although usufruct right has been stipulated in the 2015 Civil Code, there have been limitations and inconsistencies with reality on this provision, including grounds for terminating this right. This article studies provisions of current Vietnamese law on the grounds for terminating usufruct right and proposes some recommendations to improve the provisions on that matter.
