Continuing to improve the legal mechanism to protect the corruption whistleblowers in Vietnam today

Abstract

Recently, protecting the corruption whistleblowers has been increasingly concerned by the Party and the State, positively contributing to the preventing and combating corruption. However, the mechanism of protecting the corruption whistleblowers in Vietnam still has some inadequacies. This article analyzes the necessity and importance of protecting the corruption whistleblowers; recent innovations and limitations in Vietnam’s current policies and laws on protecting the corruption whistleblowers; causes and solutions to overcome the limitations, encourage the corruption denunciation and enhance the effectiveness of protecting the corruption whistleblowers in Vietnam in the coming time.
