Frame of mind for researching and training on criminal policy in Vietnam today

Abstract

Criminal policy is a new issue in Vietnam in terms of cognition, theory and practice. It is a type of social reality, law reality and judicial reality; a diverse, complex, multi-faceted, multi-level legal category that is being researched and trained in our country. Based on the policy approach, this article identifies basic and important issue groups in researching and training on criminal policy.
