The criminalization for crimes in the field of information technology and telecommunications networks

Abstract

The article addresses theoretical issues on criminalization for crimes in the field of information technology and telecommunications networks, and focuses on analyzing the criminalization for some specific crimes in this field as prescribed in Section 2, Chapter XXI of the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2017.
