Impacts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on civil dispute resolution and some discussion issues

Abstract

The development of science and technology as part of the infrastructure naturally leads to changes in the law in general and the law on civil dispute resolution in particular. This is even more evident when the achievements of the 4.0 industrial revolution gradually penetrate the process of civil dispute resolution and are recognized in the laws of many countries including Vietnam. The article presents and evaluates that penetration process and raises the issue of perfecting the law on civil dispute resolution to suit the above changes.
