Early intervention in credit institutions and branches of foreign banks under the Law on Credit Institutions in 2024 - Some discussion issues

Abstract

Early intervention in credit institutions and foreign bank branches is a new regulation specifically and detailedly recorded in Chapter IX of the 2024 Law on Credit Institutions. This article will focus on analyzing and evaluating some provisions of this regulation to see the new points, suitability and existing problems and limitations, contributing to promoting the effectiveness of early intervention measures in ensuring the safety of the banking system and credit institutions set by the State.
