The impact purpose of criminal law

Abstract

From the theoretical and practical perspective of adjusting - protecting the social connections of criminal law, the article analyzes, comments on the impact purpose of criminal law. On that basis, request for predefining (preregulating) the common goal (bond) of criminal laws as well as the aim of several vital regulations of criminal law in the Criminal Code.
