Innovation of the National Assembly petition in Vietnam in the current period

Abstract

Recently, the National Assembly petition has achieved many significant results, contributing substantially to the overall achievements of the National Assembly’s activities and earning recognition and trust from voters and citizens nationwide. However, alongside these achievements, certain limitations remain, with some aspects not fully meeting the practical requirements and expectations of voters and citizens. Within the scope of this article, the authors analyze the current state of organization and operations of petitions and propose solutions to innovate this work of Vietnam’s National Assembly in the coming period.
