Basis for evaluating the legality of the decision on sanctioning administrative violations in the land field

Abstract

Sanctioning administrative violations is regarded as an effective measure to ensure state management order in the land field and educate individuals and organizations to comply with the law. The results of sanctioning administrative violations are expressed through sanctioning decisions. The article focuses on clarifying the grounds for assessing the legality of administrative decisions imposing penalties for administrative violations in the field of land based on an analysis of the new points in the current legal regulations.
