Consumer rights protection mechanism in the pharmaceutical sector

Abstract

Currently, the mechanism for protecting consumer rights in general and protecting consumer rights in the pharmaceutical sector in particular in Vietnam is quite comprehensive. However, the mechanism for protecting consumer rights in the pharmaceutical sector still has limitations. The article focuses on analyzing legal issues as well as providing some solutions to improve the law on the mechanism for protecting consumer rights in the pharmaceutical sector.
