The trends of legal development on anti-corruption in Vietnam in new era

Abstract

The trends of legal development in general and on anti-corruption in our country in particular are always mobilized and transformed to be suitable for the State’s development. In the new era, the law on anti-corruption in Vietnam needs further development and improvement to meet the construction and development of the nation. The article focuses on clarifying some basic development trends of Vietnam's anti-corruption law in the new era.
