Promulgation of amending and supplementing legal normative documents in Vietnam today and orientations for improvement

Abstract

Recently, the promulgation of amending and supplementing legal normative documents in Vietnam has been on the rise to meet the timely demands of state governance. However, over time, this issue has revealed certain limitations and challenges. This article examines the process of issuing amended and supplemented legal normative documents, identifies existing shortcomings, and proposes solutions to improve the quality of these legal documents in the future.
