Abstract

Wildlife plays a crucial role in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem. Therefore, Vietnam has developed and constantly improved the legal framework to handle wildlife-related offenses. However, there are still inadequacies, especially in the regulations on the handling of exhibits involving wild animals, affecting the efficiency of settling criminal cases. The article focuses on analyzing the provisions of the current law, highlighting the limitations in the existing legal framework and its practical application, thereby proposing solutions to improve the criminal procedure law in this regard.
