Abstract

This paper analyzes the practical challenges in implementing human rights education in Vietnam. By employing comparative, analytical, and synthesis methods, it provides an in-depth study of South Korea's experience in legal institutionalization, curriculum development, and human capacity building for human rights education. Based on this analysis, the paper derives valuable lessons and proposes feasible solutions to enhance the effectiveness of these efforts in Vietnam.
