Abstract

Judicial institution is the system to enforce the law; resolve legal disputes; protect the rights of citizens, etc. The role of the judicial institutions in the control of state power is reflected in their functions, tasks and powers, including internal and external control. The article demonstrates a number of opinions on the roles of the judicial institutions in the control of power, to enhance these roles in the control the power of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
